Lindsay Lohan Holds self Responsible

Lindsay LohanAccording to sources Lindsay Lohan entered a no contest plea on Wednesday for the misdemeanor theft charge for stealing a necklace from a California jewelry store earlier this year.
The actress was not present in court today, her attorney entered the plea for the 24 year old actress. Judge Sautner sentenced the actress to 120 days in jail. Additionally, she will be required to perform 480 hours of community service and must enroll in psychological counseling, which will be monitored by the probation department. The judge also ordered the actress to stay 100 feet away from the jewelry store located not far from where she lives. He also ordered that Lindsay Lohan complete a shoplifters alternative course.
She is also required to pay a victim restitution fine of one hundred dollars, a court security fine of forty dollars, a criminal conviction charge of thirty dollars, and a crime prevention fine that is imposed in theft cases of ten dollars. In addition, she will be required to surrender to begin serving her time behind bars on or before June 17th. If she is released early and placed under house arrest with an electronic monitoring device, she may not b allowed out to perform her community service. She told sources she is glad to put the past behind her and start over again. However, there are some individuals who wonder just how much jail time he will actually do, or if this is another slap on the wrist.

    Its absolutely insane that this girl can do everything imaginable and still not learn her lesson, Unfortunately its so common especially among celebrities, maybe some community service might help you out
