According to sources Lohan left her busy job of bar hopping to take majority or the day in an attorneys office. Lohan underwent a seven hour deposition in Los Angeles. It was all over a lawsuit from several individuals who claim they were actually hostages when she got her DUI.
The judge in the case had previously ordered her to appear when she was reported as missing in action to two previous deposition appointments. Although she actually made it this time she was still twenty two minutes late. If she hadn’t shown up the judge was going to rule in her losing the lawsuit.
Even though Lindsay Lohan knew she had the deposition her and some of her friends still had time the night before to go out and have a deinking party. It was a long cross country trip for her too because she had to get to Los Angeles from New York and although they made it, they still partied the night before.
Lindsay is always in the media for something, in essence a few of the reasons have been rumors however more often than not it is the truth and she is going to mess up one of these days and really be in trouble. So much that she will not get out of the trouble with anyone’s help. The crazy thing is the night before the deposition when she was bar hopping once again with her friends, her mother was with them.

I think it was good that Lindsay had to go to jail. After all, she seems to behave law abiding after the time in jail. I haven´t even heard any kind of scandal about her anymore. I´m really surprised, but I think she does anything to never ever go to jail anymore!
