There was a report that Kevin Federline was taken to a hospital in Australia on Sunday after complaining of chest pains while competing on Weight Loss the reality show.

Earlier this season, the former backup dancer was hospitalized with heat exhaustion when the cast filmed in the kimberly wilderness area of Western Australia.
