According to sources Michael Jackson’s father has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the doctor charged with giving the pop singer a lethal dose of sedatives a year ago and claims it was negligence on his part or his son would still be alive. He sued the doctor on the anniversary of Michael Jackson’s death in Los Angeles.
In this complaint it states that Joe Jackson believes the professional negligence and a mix of sedatives, along with not watching Michael but talking on his cell phone was what killed his son. And the doctor tried to hide what had really happened and failed to come forward in the beginning.
The lawsuit will also name the medical clinics that the doctor operates in Las Vegas and Houston claiming that they did not properly train the physician or supervise the doctor. Murray has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter charge filed in February. Joe Jackson’s attorney stated there was a one year deadline after a wrongful death to file the law suit, in the state of California. Joe claims he just wants justice for his son Michael. He deserves that. The doctor repeated ignored questions from the paramedics the night that Michael Jackson died and didn’t come forward until the coroners report came out showing what Michael Jackson had in his system that could have been the case behind his death.
This lawsuit came when people all over the world were mourning the death of Michael Jackson as if it has happened yesterday. He was a good man and great singer and this never should have happened.
