Joe Jackson is finally happy because he was granted his son Michael Jackson’s medical records although many people want to know why. According to sources there is no real legal reason the doctor has already been charged. And it wasn’t like Michael was being forced to use the medication, he knew the risks.
So despite what Joe finds in the records really won’t make a difference. Although he argured for them enough the judge finally did give in and let him have the records. Sources indicate that Joe wants to find out if anyone else is responsible for his son’s death but that seems a little late, the doctor was already charged. And besides, if Michael was asking for the drugs his dad might not want to see some of the things in the medical records either. It makes people wonder if he is thinking right because the rest of the Jackson family is trying to move on with life without Michael.
According to one comment made, he can look at the records all day and all night but its not going to bring Michael back, Joe just needs to let it go and be done with it. Michael was truly the pop king and an icon in the field of music but getting his medical records is only going to make things worse for his dad because he just won’t let it go. He can’t begin to mourn truly until he just let’s his son rest in peace and that’s something he hasn’t done yet, that’s obvious. No one else in the Jackson family wanted to see the records. They knew Michael took pain pills, pills to help him sleep and other medications, they have accepted it. Now why can’t Joe?

michael only had drugs in him the doctor gave him to sleep. other familt members have expressed their anger and think more people are involved, it’s not just joe but since he’s michael’s father he has a right to want to see his son’s records. Michael is resting in peace but his family, friends and fans deserves to know exactly what happened and michael deserves justice. This case is more than michael asking for drugs and the doctor giving it to him. the doctor gave someone ANESTHESIA to sleep and he didn’t have the proper equipment, he was criminally negligent and should get 2nd degree murder. He knew what he was doing but didn’t care, greed makes people do crazy things.
