Jackie Chan might be a martial arts master however he is one that has a really big heart. He explains that the girl needs a bone marrow transplant. He is asking people all over to be checked to see if they could be donors. It doesn’t take that long he said and it wont hurt you.,
Jackie would do it himself however unfortunately he’s not a match. There are hundreds of people he knows on twitter and that’s what got this entire thing started. Not to mention Jackie Chan is just the type of guy that will help anyone and everyone he can. His personality is one of determination. He told the little girl to have courage and he really believes someone will come forward and be a donor.
She was diagnosed with it two years ago according to Jackie Chan but it went into remission and now its back up again. It’s a sad story and yes, there are many sick children but this one just touched Jackie Chan’s life, if he could help all the sick children he would. Leukemia is a form of cancer in which there is yet to be a cure but people are surviving it more and more everyday if they have the proper care.
