There have been reports that George Clooney among other stars were the first to be on Piers Morgan’s brand new talk show. CNN says that guests for the first week of Piers Morgan Tonight will include radio shock jock Howard Stern, former secretary of state Condoleezza Rice, comedian and golden globes host Ricky Gervais and actor George Clooney.
Previously announced as Morgan’s opening night guest is Oprah Winfrey. Piers Morgan Tonight, a nightly hour long interview show, will debut on the 17th of January. The British born Piers Morgan is best know to viewers as judge on NBC’s America’s got talent. It is speculated that he has an entire quest list all lined up although not all of the guests on the list have been confirmed as of yet.
According to sources CNN believes the time slot will be a good place for the talk show and that they are anticipating many viewers. It is still uncertain however if things will go over well or not. The director and producers are hoping so.
