Gary Coleman died on May the 28th and has yet to be laid to rest by any means. However, finally a judge in Utah ordered that the child star be cremated no sooner than Wednesday to give an ex girlfriend a chance to pay her respects. Unfortunately, there was an argument between an ex girlfriend and the actors ex wife both claiming they have wills that Gary had left them.
The judge ruled that Attorney Robert Jeffs will be the special administrator of Coleman’s estate. The only thing Jeff knew about was Gary’s death and he had no idea he was going to end up having to make decisions about his friend’s will and estate.
A specific date hasn’t been set for Gary’s cremation Jeffs said that Coleman’s ashes and property will be securely taken care of until a final decision is made on an estate executor. There has been such a hassle over the assets which include a Utah home valued at 315,000.00. and a collection of toy trains worth a lot of money. That is the only reason the girls are arguing they could care less about Gary that’s obvious. Osr what Gary wanted.
This has all been very hard on Gary’s parents and it has been so long coming that they didn’t even ask the judge to see Gary before he is cremated. They wanted to take him back to his small town and be buried. And yet, they respect his will and wishes to be cremated. They had no comment about the grief they are going through and the way the exs are arguing over everything.
