Eight Months After Arrest A Serene Life For Roman Polanski

According to sources life isn’t all that bad for Roman Polanski who resides in Switzerland at the moment. The chalet doors are open, deck chairs are set up and the garden is gorgeous.

Roman Polanski is living a life that is serene and beautiful and there are visitors who come to see him all the time. It is as if he is living a happy life. A charming existence is what he calls it. And he has been under house arrest for the last eight months but it doesn’t seem to bother him. It is something like a luxury resort where he is living. He is waiting for the Swiss authorities on whether he’ll be extradited to the United States for raping a 13 year old girl in 1977. And the thing is he might not be going anywhere for quite awhile.

It has already been eight months since his arrest and it doesn’t seem to bother the 76 year old one bit. Sources say it is divided as to whether he should be brought back to the United States or not. Although the United States feels very strongly that he should be brought back for his crime, the Swiss authorities believe they have it all under control. Officials won’t say what the hold up is either.

The Swiss released him from jail six months ago on a four million dollar bail bond. Polanski answers the doorbell from an intercom and if it is a reporter or someone he doesn’t want to see he doesn’t have to. He keeps his windows and doors open and it is just like living a free life. As he puts it his home is calm and where else would he want to go at his age anyway. The double doors to his backyard are open with the chalet doors and a sweet breeze blows through. That doesn’t sound too bad does it? Do you think he should be brought back to the United States or left in the Swiss authorities hands?
