DMX Back In Jail For Probation Violation

According to sources DMX the rapper has been arrested for violating his probation by using drugs. He served half of his 18 month supervised probation when he was booked back into jail. The rapper was released from jail in May after serving a ninety day sentence for felony convictions including cruelty to animals, theft, and drug counts.

This is the fifth time the rapper has been arrested and although he pleaded guilty he was arrested for several different charges. After this time of being arrested its not going to be very easy to simply get probation. It doesn’t matter who he is and what he does for a living. Wrong is wrong and he is not above the law when it comes to criminal activity.

According to sources the rapper could face jail time this time around although this is speculation. He does have a good lawyer that will essentially fight his case. Although he is way beyond three strikes and you are out. Those people who like listening to the rapper haven’t heard anything new for some time now. So does that mean his career as a rapper is over or just laid down for right now?

In 2008 the rapper was arrested for speeding and having the police chase him for miles before he actually was apprehended and even then it was like a joke to him. If he is taking drugs that will do it because you don’t care about anything when you are on drugs. Depending on which drugs you are taking.

Now, once again the rapper was doing drugs and arrested. Why don’t people learn the first time around when it comes to this stuff? Its amazing how they will do it over and over again until they mess up and get caught doing it.
