According to sources Disney Channel star Demi Lovato has reached a settlement with the dancer she allegedly struck on Demi’s tour with the Jonas Brothers, this of course was confirmed.
There is a settlement and all of the issues have been completely resolved. They are happy that they could all come to an agreement and now it is time to move on. It is time to start working again. Earlier this month the terms of the deal were imminent. The full terms of the settlement were not disclosed, however, according to sources Welch said that the agreement did, in fact, call for a portion of the settlement to be donated to charity. That was important.
Alex is seeking a settlement, an apology from Demi and a donation made to a charity of her choice according to sources. In November, Lovato entered treatment to seek medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time, the rep for the teen told sources.
Now is the time to move on. And there are still some issues yet to be carried out however everyone is ready to go back to work and start doing what they need to get accomplished. This is something that has been ongoing for quite some time. Although it was resolved rather quickly once the terms were in place and the legalities were out of the way.
