Custom Made Furniture From Michael Jackson Up For Auction



The custom made furniture that was going to be used in his tour is up for auction. There were twenty-two pieces of furniture. Jackson commissioned for his London home are going on the auction block.

Darren Julien’s auctions says a glided red velvet sofa that seats nine, a leopard printed chair trimmed with ostrich feathers and a pair of velvet armchairs embroidered with gold eagles are among the offerings.

Jackson intended to use the furnishings during this his this is it comeback concert run in London. Fans can visit a recreation of the home at Las Vegas Planet Hollywood casino from June 14 to June 25 before the items are sold at auction. The furnishings are of course top of the line and Jackson spared no expense just think of it a sofa that seats nine people. He had a unique knack for furniture.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit two charities. The furnishings were to be used for his personal use. There are many Michael Jackson’s fans are going to be bidding on these items along with friends and family. There is no reason to keep them now. Sources say that the two charities will benefit a great deal from this auction.

According to sources the items that are auctioned off were somewhat designed literally by Michael Jackson himself. And to him he had an eccentric taste in furnishings.
