Cage, accused the previous commercial manager of unprofessional conduct and leading him to financial ruin. Cage had taken legal action against Samuel worth twenty million dollars in October of 2009. The 46 year old Nicolas Cage had voiced his opinion that the man had led him to economic problems. Samuel in turn filed another claim against Cage, this legal matter was discarded by the judge as well.
Both cases were thrust aside and no additional judicial minutes were found on the claims. The disposal of these lawsuits had initially been articulated on Wednesday by TMZ, which happens to be a website dedicated to covering news about the luminaries of Hollywood and of the western television industry. The city of angels star claimed that the accountant ruined him financially and he wasn’t going to let it go. In addition, the actor blamed him for fourteen million dollars in tax debt. In his countersuit the accountant for Cage claimed that Cage was a spendthrift who bought thirty three million dollars in homes and over twenty cars, including nine rolls Royces.
