Charlie Sheen Withdraws Lawsuit Over Hotel Incident

Charlie Sheen According to sources, court records show a judge has granted Charlie Sheen’s request to dismiss a lawsuit filed against a woman who locked herself in the bathroom of an upscale New York hotel room that the actor left in tatters. Charlie Sheen claimed the woman locked herself in the bathroom of the hotel because she had taken his watches and valuables that valued more than one hundred thousand dollars. His lawsuit sought reimbursement. The woman told police the actor put his hands around her throat during the raucous evening in late October, but she managed to slip away from him. Charlie Sheen sued her for attempted extortion in November after she recounted her version of events on Good Morning America. This change Charlie Sheen’s outlook on the entire situation and he started the ball rolling to get the woman for taking his things. He was going to let it go and move on with life until the woman went on public about the entire episode which in Charlie Sheen’s life did not exactly fit with his side of the story.
Court records show that Charlie Sheen’s attorney were granted a dismissal of the case with prejudice on Friday, this means that Charlie Sheen could re file at a different date on the Extortion case.
