Charlie Sheen is still free and living high, his sentencing has been postponed. According to sources despite plans to plead guilty as charged to a misdemeanor of third degree assault in front of an Aspen, Colorado judge on Monday, when the results are a fact and he admits it, what is the judge waiting on?
Supposedly there is a plea deal on the table and waiting for Charlie Sheen that he wasn’t sure about. The first plea would put him in jail for thirty days, now the people aren’t sure what is going on. Prosecutors are saying that the plea of thirty days isn’t acceptable for the things that Charlie Sheen had done on Christmas Day in Aspen. Sources claim that both sides have tried to come to an agreement however according to being in the judge’s chambers an agreement could not be reached.
Now another court date for Charlie Sheen has been set. And July 12 he will be in court again. In fact the thirty day sentence was to also include a work release in a theater as well. Prosecutors do not agree with this arrangement. Sheen was ready to spend his term only now he isn’t sure what is going on.
His nights were to be spent in a 65 foot square cell and people even questioned his living arrangements while there. This also includes a multi-purpose room and a gymnasium. He would also be allowed to leave at a certain time and go to the Theater Aspen. It would be unpaid however he would be out of jail.
This is why prosecutors are not happy with this arrangement. It gives Sheen to much freedom and comfort for what he is being charged with. What do you think about how Charlie Sheen should spend his sentence for the misdemeaner?
