Charlie Sheen Is Going To Jail

According to sources Charlie made a deal with the prosecutors about the Christmas Day arrest in 2009 which included charges of assault on his wife. He is going to court next week for the hearing and the star of Two and a half men is going to plead guilty. Following the problem with his wife, Sheen had been up with one felony charge of menacing. A misdemeaner count of assault in the third degree and a count of criminal mischief as well.

Sources claim that with Charlie Sheen making a plea deal will put him in jail for thirty days in the jail at Aspen. His attorneys however are trying to make it where Charlie Sheen has smoking privileges because he is a heavy smoker, although they are uncertain if they will get any good results. His hearing was originally dated for June 18 but was moved up to the 7th. And although no one would let on that a deal had been made the attorneys were not available to comment. The star of a television sitcom going to jail is really weird.

In addition, on the day of Charlie’s court hearing the judge has banned all cameras from the courtroom. Charlie is ready for his sentencing according to sources although a bit intimidated about going to jail for an entire month. He isn’t sure how it will be but he is going to go anyway. His father had no comment about his son or his sentencing.
