According to sources a spokesman for Charlie Sheen says the former Two and a Half Men sitcom star never hired literary agent Peter McGuigan, who has been contacting publishers in recent weeks about a possible Sheen memoir.
Several publishers have told sources they rejected the proposal due to the high price tag and unpredictable behavior of Charlie Sheen. Sheen has boasted he could get ten million for a book. The 45 year old Charlie Sheen has made headlines for his parital problems and wild partying. He was fired from his hit CBS show Two And A Half Men weeks ago. He then alleged breach of contract and sued the show’s producers for one hundred million dollars. The Warner Bros. studios says it has lost ten episodes because of Charlie Sheen’s conduct.
This is a man that would party all night and show up to the studio half out of his mind, if he showed up for work at all. He has been in and out of hospitals and even rehab in which he didn’t stay at long. His response was he was getting the rehab he needed at home with his goddesses.
In fact, Charlie’s father Martin Sheen claims his son is addicted to alcohol and drugs and emotionally is like a twelve year old child. He has had a lot of support on his side although it is uncertain if he has accepted any type of help from these people. His last trip to the hospital brought about his entire family and a few friends all of which tried to convince him to go into a real rehab center where he could get the proper help he really needed.
