According to sources Brittany Murphy who died recently and unexpectedly has left a hand written will in which she leaves her entire estate to her mother. Sharon Murphy, her mother had no idea that Brittany had done this and was really quite shocked. However, in the handwritten will she wrote that she was intentionally leaving her husband Simon Monjack out of the will.
For some reason she didn’t want anything going to her husband and now fans are curious as to why she made this crucial decision. Although we will probably never get the answer for that, her husband is in a daze due to the fact that everything including her seven million dollar mansion. Among other things by leaving her entire estate to her mother where does this now leave Simon?
According to Monjack, the actress had a formal will written after they wed and also created a trust which was also left to her mother. How do you deal with this news if you are the spouse? Why did Brittany leave Simon out of the will totally?
Sharon Murphy is not sure what she will do as of yet, she could sell the home and other assets however the decision isn’t clear yet as she is still getting used to the idea that her daughter left her entire estate to her.
