According to sources a state investigator is apparently checking whether it was legal for Bristol Palin to be in a bar while her dancing partner performed. The question is Palin’s age of 19, she could only legally be in the bar if accompanied by a parent, spouse, or legal guardian over the age of twenty one. State law also would allow her to be there only if she was there simply to eat.
The Alaska dispatch claimed that the state alcohol and control board investigator is looking into the situation and also asking for the release of video that would be taken from the restaurant bar. Bristol Palin joined dancing with the stars in this season and she is performing in the television show as well. Her partner was performing at the bar where she was in attendance however her age is being considered as part of the issue and the ongoing investigation. It is all being reviewed by the state investigator.
Authorities were trying to determine if she was in fact there with someone over the age of twenty one or if she willingly went into the establishment alone. Palin has been in the media a lot lately and her mother Sarah has also been in the media quite often. In addition to this Bristol Palin might be facing underage drinking laws for the state of Alaska if it is found that she was alone too.
