According to sources Bret Michaels is winging his way to New York for the Celebrity Apprentice finale on NBC.
Bret, who is also undergoing the outpatient care following his most recent hospitalization, reportedly boarded a plane in Arizona heading for New York on Sunday. He was however, complaining of a headache, lower back pain, aand some cramping in his legs. He is a sick man but a determined one, and many people commend him for that. He’ll face off with Holly Peete on tonight’s finale.
Sources also say Bret is going against doctor’s recommendations to not do the show and not make the appearance however Bret told him he wasn’t taking any undue risks. Bret expressed the fact that he was fine. Because of his medical condition he claims he won’t take any chances, and if something else occurs he will deal with it at that time. Bret has been told by doctors he is taking a lot of risks and shouldn’t be flying and running as he is however Bret Michaels won’t hear of it. Its his life according to him and he will live it to the fullest and in his own way.
Many of his fans, would love to see him although some of them feel he should not take the risks that he has been taking. Getting better should be his priority.
