These are definitely not rumors when it comes to Anne Hathaway and the fact that she is now engaged. She is about to have a real life “princess” day. The actress who is 28 years old is now engaged to her longtime boyfriend Adam Shulman, 30, a rep for Anne has confirmed it to be true.
Anne and Adam a 30 year old actor jewelry designer began dating in 2008, following the actress highly publicized and dramatic breakup with Raffaello Follieri, after Follieri pled guilty to 14 counts of fraud, money laundering, and wire fraud. Following the emotional split, Anne told sources her hopes to one day walk down the aisle.
She said sometimes she finds herself somewhere and it is like oh it would be really fun to get married here, she told sources. In 2008, she really didn’t have fun and she claimed she didn’t know what to say. She tries not to anticipate things now before they really happen. Especially things that she would really like to happen. Anne, who at the time admitted she had recently met someone who was sexy- presumably Adam, did question whether a wedding would ever be in her future. She also admitted she told herself was she even like other people who wanted to get married. Then she stated if she found the right person.
Well obviously she has found that special someone as her and Adam make plans to get married. The actress will soon be seen on the big screen as Cat Woman in “The Dark Knight Rises”.
