It seems the actor was speeding and swerving in between lanes when he was finally stopped by authorities. The 44 year old actor was arrested and his arraignment is set for later this week.
He was charged with one count of driving under the influence on Friday. City attorney says Pasdar’s arraignment is set for Wednesday. He has played on the television series Heroes and is married to Dixie Chicks Natalie Maines.
This is very embarrassing for the singer to comprehend however it doesn’t seem to bother the heroes star as much. If he is truly an alcoholic, which some individuals are coming forth and claiming he is then he needs rehab or something. How many times does he have to receive DUI’s before they give him that ultimatum of getting help or losing his drivers license. There was no comment from his attorney and for good reason the guy is guilty and he knows it.
So, how does he get out of this one, that’s hard to say. He has never acted in this fashion before and although there’s a first time for everything he’s lucky that swerving across the center line didn’t hurt someone else. He didn’t get hurt either, they just arrested him for the DUI, one that some people think he will attempt to get out of eventually.
