There is a new star rising in Portia Doubleday, her role in Youth In Revolt has propelled her into stardom. She told sources that she was in complete shock that the movie went over so well and many people were congratulating her on a job well done. Now she has other movie scouts looking at her for parts in other movies.
The young actress has always wanted to act but never thought she would be rubbing elbows with some of the big boys as she so eloquently put it. Now she wants to be in one of Tim Burton’s films. She is one of his biggest fans. The young star co stared with Michael Cera and the two of them just clicked.
According to sources the movie is a success and is now playing in theaters too. It is also doing well at the box office and on the rating system has two stars so far, but remember this can change one way or the other. Those numbers won’t be in until the movie is no longer in theaters and usually about the time that the movie is being ready to be placed on store shelves on DVD.
Of course there are already people who have seen the movie that said they are definitely going to go out and buy the movie they too thought that Portia Doubleday was absolutely fabulous in the movie and she is gorgeous too. She is going to have a great career in show business. That was also some of the comments from viewers as well.
